K-20 Learning Initiative

The leadership team

The Catawba River District in partnership with STEM leadership from Charlotte Mecklenburg School System, Gaston County School System, Discovery Place Science Museum and UNC Charlotte's: Center for STEM Education, IDEAS Center and Charlotte Research Institute and many others have formed the K-20 Learning Team, dedicated to the improvement of STEM skills beginning with our Elementary Schools and concluding with STEM career readiness from completion of high school or community college or degrees from Bachelors to PhD.
