The Catawba River District is dedicated to ensuring that our riverside communities are healthy, prosperous and livable. The River District is more than a place. We are people working to advance a vital part of the Charlotte region. We are many partners coming together through education, environment and economic programs to transform an area that includes northwest Charlotte and much of Mount Holly and Belmont. We are a regional private-public movement to create a model for sustainable communities that embrace healthy living and lifelong learning.
